Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meta Fainas website, trading platform, mobile applications and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Trading Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for, access, or otherwise use the Services. We may amend these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Services after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and not be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Services would be unlawful.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Certain Services, including deposits, withdrawals and investment products, require successful completion of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before they can be accessed.

Description of Services

Meta Fainas provides an online platform through which eligible users may:

• Access simulated demo trading environments and live market instrument pricing;
• Deposit, convert, withdraw and internally transfer funds between accounts;
• Subscribe to automated trading bots and premium trading signal services;
• Apply for credit facilities and loan products subject to eligibility criteria; and
• Receive account notifications, transaction receipts and market news.

Specific operating parameters for our trading products, including spreads, leverage, execution policy and trading hours, are set out in our Trading Conditions page, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk Disclosure

Trading in cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange, equities, commodities and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may lose some or all of the capital you have invested.

Past performance, including performance shown for trading bots, signals or historical charts, is not a reliable indicator of future results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite before using any of the Services, and seek independent financial advice where necessary.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful activity;
• Provide false, misleading or stolen identity or payment information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our systems, or underlying infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the operation of the platform;
• Use automated scripts or bots to manipulate pricing, promotions, or account features not expressly provided by us; or
• Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

Fees and Charges

Certain Services, including withdrawals, internal transfers, bot subscriptions and signal subscriptions, may be subject to fees or minimum amounts, which will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm the relevant transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee schedule at any time, with reasonable prior notice for existing users where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, charts and trading tools, is the property of Meta Fainas or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended personal purpose only, and may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meta Fainas, its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including losses resulting from market volatility, delayed execution, or third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meta Fainas harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by a regulator or law enforcement authority. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Meta Fainas' operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team before either party pursues any other available legal remedy.

By using the Services, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect. Please check this page periodically for updates.
