Trading Conditions Spreads, Execution & Market Access
The operating parameters that govern trading activity on the Meta Fainas platform
Overview of Trading Services
This Trading Conditions page describes the terms under which you may access market instruments through Meta Fainas, including cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange pairs, equities, commodities, metals and bonds. It applies to the demo trading environment, live asset trading, the Convert feature, AI trading bots and premium trading signal subscriptions, and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Prices displayed on the platform are sourced from third-party market data providers where available, and are indicative rather than firm quotes for execution unless otherwise stated on the relevant page.
Account Types & Minimum Deposits
Every user is provided with a free demo trading account funded with simulated balance, allowing you to practice strategies without financial risk. A live account is activated once your deposit is confirmed and, where required, your KYC verification is approved. Minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal and minimum transfer amounts are displayed on the respective deposit, withdrawal and internal transfer pages and may vary by payment method.
Spreads, Leverage & Margin
Spreads (the difference between the buy and sell price of an instrument) are variable and depend on market liquidity and volatility at the time of trading; they tend to widen during periods of high volatility or low liquidity, such as around major economic announcements or outside standard market hours.
Where leverage is made available for a given product, the applicable leverage ratio and any associated margin requirement will be clearly displayed before you confirm a trade or subscription. Trading with leverage magnifies both potential gains and potential losses, and positions may be automatically adjusted or closed if available margin falls below the required maintenance level.
Order Execution Policy
We take reasonable steps to execute orders promptly and fairly. Depending on the product, orders may be filled through the following methods:
- Market Execution: filled at the best available price at the time the order reaches our system.
- Simulated Execution: used for demo trading and bot/signal performance tracking, based on the deterministic pricing model described on each product page.
- Manual Review: applied to deposits, withdrawals, loan applications and payment proof submissions, which are confirmed by our operations team rather than executed instantly.
Trading Hours & Market Availability
Cryptocurrency markets are generally available for trading 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Foreign exchange, equities, commodities and bond instruments follow the trading hours of their respective underlying markets and may be unavailable, delayed, or subject to wider spreads outside of those hours, on public holidays, or during scheduled maintenance windows.
Slippage & Price Gaps
Slippage occurs when an order is filled at a different price than requested, typically as a result of rapid price movement, low liquidity, or a gap between the market closing and reopening. While we aim to minimize slippage, you acknowledge that it can occur and that Meta Fainas is not liable for losses resulting from normal market slippage that occurs outside of our control.
AI Trading Bots & Premium Signals
Trading bot investments and signal subscriptions are structured products with disclosed minimum/maximum investment amounts, expected return ranges and durations shown on each bot or signal card before you subscribe. Displayed average daily returns are historical or simulated figures and do not guarantee future performance. All bot and signal subscriptions require an approved KYC verification and confirmed payment before activation.
Corporate Actions & Market Disruption
In the event of extraordinary market conditions, a disruption to our third-party data providers, a corporate action affecting an underlying instrument, or any event beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to suspend trading in the affected instrument, adjust displayed pricing, or delay execution until normal conditions resume. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly.
By using our trading Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Trading Conditions. We may update these Trading Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our product offering or market practice; material changes will be posted on this page with reasonable prior notice where required.
